Ok, my 19 yr old daughter is mad at me for not allowing her to get a tattoo. I am sorry. I can be very liberal about some things but I draw the line on marking your body with ink.
Steinlager and wasabi peas are the only things saving me right now.

I hate to tell you this, but if she's 19, she doesn't need your signature to get it done. if she really wants one that bad, she'll get it and you might never know. my mom doesn't approve of the tattoos I have, but once I turned 18, there was nothing she could legally do to stop me.

My dad said that if I ever got a tattoo, he would personally sand it off.
People that have tattoos are sometimes discriminated against during the hiring process, especially if their tattoo is visible.

I wanted a tattoo... but then I thought about it, felt like I would get bored of it after a while, and decided that I'm personally better off drawing whatever the hell I want on my body with a fine-tipped pen. That way, when I get bored of it (which is like, after a day or two), I can just wash it off and do it all over again!
