I have lived to see it all. They are coming out with designer clothes for dogs. This is so ridiculous! Word on the street is that the key to success is "humanization". That is to make the pets more like humans. To do this, entrepanurals are designing clothes to humanize dogs. How much will this cost you? Lets take a look.
Sweaters like those modeled by doggie mannequins in the window average about $50, or $129 for an upgrade to cashmere. Christmas shoppers can find a leash ($69), a monogrammed collar ($54), a leather pet carrier ($170 to $850), booties ($35 for the two pair), "hound hiking boots" ($79), or a "Furrari" bed designed like a sports car (why chase one if you can sleep in one? -- $249).
AND TO THINK, PEOPLE ARE ACTUALLY BUYING THIS STUFF!!!

lol I have to admit I do buy my dogs clothes. I got them both a sweater and some booties for the winter. But I did get them at walmart for like 4.99 or something. I wouldn't buy more then that cause they HATE when I put them on, lol.

Princess_00 is a freak.
Am I the only one didn't cry when the kid shot Ol' Yeller? Heck, the dog had it comin'.
People need to start seeing the difference between animals and people.
Speakin of which, I saw Happy Feet last night. It was a pretty ridiculous movie. Although it didn't make me sad in the least bit. I was waiting for it but it never came. The only thing that truly upset me was the uncanny resemblence Mumble had to his voice, Elijah Wood. It down right freaked me out. No animal should look that much like a person. It's freaky.
